Cancellation Policy
No Shows and Late Cancellation Policy
If you reserve a class and forget to cancel it at least 2 hours in advance, you will be charged a $15 fee for late cancellation (except for those with a 20,10, and 5 class pass, who will lose a class pass).
In-Person Classes:
If you don't cancel your reservation with at least a 2-hour notice before your class begins,
If you don't show up to class or
If you arrive after the class has already started and the door is locked,
You will be charged a no-show fee of $15.00 as an unlimited member or a class pass as a pass holder.
For Livestream Sessions: In the event that you are unable to cancel your reservation with a minimum of 2 hours notice before your session starts or if you fail to connect to your session as a no-show, a fee of $15.00 will be applied.
Late Entry
We strongly discourage arriving late. The door will be locked 3 minutes after the scheduled start time of the class.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and the penalties for no-shows (as stated above) will be applicable.
The cancellation policy exists to guarantee that everyone has an opportunity to participate.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Notice Period
Members must provide 30 days written notice via email to hello@kindredwarrior.com.au to cancel their ongoing weekly membership. The notice period begins from the date the email is received.Automatic Renewal
After the initial 12-week membership (or any agreed term), memberships will automatically continue on a weekly basis until cancellation notice is provided.Processing Time
Membership will continue during the 30-day notice period, and members remain liable for payment until the end of this period.Payment Method
Membership payments are collected via the member’s nominated payment method (Direct Debit or card). Members are responsible for ensuring payment details are up-to-date.Refunds
Membership fees already processed cannot be refunded unless Kindred Warrior cancels or significantly changes the membership terms.Access During Notice Period
Members will continue to have full access to classes and the On-Demand Library during their 30-day notice period.Reactivation
Members who cancel may reactivate a membership at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.Changes to Terms
Kindred Warrior reserves the right to update the membership and cancellation policy. All changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.Dispute Resolution
