Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice, feel more accountable, and join a supportive community? If so, we invite you to join us on this transformative journey starting on 29 July 2024

Our 30-Day Yoga Challenge is designed to help you establish a consistent yoga practice, with daily guided yoga classes to support you along the way. You'll also have access to a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are all committed to deepening their practice and supporting one another.

 

 

What's Included?

Accountability is key to success in a yoga challenge, and we've got you covered. With daily check-ins and accountability partners, you'll stay on track and motivated throughout the entire challenge. Plus, we'll provide you with tools and tips to help you stay on track, including progress trackers and goal-setting worksheets.

Prizes

As a bonus, we're offering some amazing prizes to our top participants!

First place will receive a 3 Month Unlimited Membership (Valued at $840),

second place will receive a 20 Class Pass (Valued at $380) and

third place will receive a Kindred Warrior Relax Package (Valued at $199)

Plus, we'll be awarding weekly spot prizes for participation, engagement, and social media sharing.

 

 

Entry: $179 ( less than a cup of coffee a day) If you attended 20 classes during the challenge as per the required minimum, that works out to $8.95

Dates:
Starts on 29 July 2024
Ends 28 August 20024
*Must sign-up by 25 July 2024 to secure your place. All active memberships will be put on hold for those who sign-up.

Accountability:  
We will provide additional support, yoga inspiration, and accountability via a private What's App group, We will provide weekly updates on the group leader board. There will be weekly spot prizes for participation and engagement and social media sharing.

Community Support: 
We encourage all participants to support each other to foster a sense of community. Our What's app group is the perfect place to encourage others and share wins.
Each person will be assigned an accountability buddy for additional support
Social media sharing: 
We would love to see your progress during the yoga challenge on social media, please tag @kindredwarrior.yoga on all posts. When you are taking a progress selfie, please be respectful of others and ask permission to have others in your photos
Prize eligibility: 
Your first class booked in the challenge must be within three days of the challenge start date 29 July 2024
Must complete a minimum of 20 Classes during the 30-day challenge.
  • Each yoga class is one point,
  • Special events, retreats and workshops hosted by Kindred Warrior 2.5 points. (not included in the entry fee)
  • Special bonus classes during the challenge one point.
The winner will be selected based on the most points provided they have attended the minimum class attendance. Classes can be attended in the studio or online.
Winners will be announced on 31 August 2024
Modifications and Safety: 
It's important to listen to your body. Modify poses or take rest days as needed, we encourage you to have fun but we advise against pushing beyond your limits to avoid injury

All of this is available for an entry fee of just $179 - less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day! But don't wait too long to sign up, as spots are limited and you must sign up by 25 July 2024 to secure your place. Active memberships will be put on hold for those who sign up, so you won't lose any of your current benefits.
