Yang to Yin

During a Yang to Yin class, you will move through a sequence of postures that are linked together with fluid movements.  As you move through the postures, you will use your breath as a tool to focus your mind and deepen your connection to the poses. After building heat in the body, the practice culminates in longer-held Yin poses that allow for deep stretching and relaxation. This combination of dynamic and static poses helps to strengthen the body and calm the mind. If you’re looking for a balanced practice that will help you to both energise and relax, then Yang to Yin is the perfect choice!
