Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Stel, founder of Kindred Warrior and a yoga teacher and health coach. and the heart behind the 28-Day Kickstart.

This program was born from watching too many women in their 50s and beyond quietly suffer — waking up sore, stiff, exhausted, and feeling like their body is slowly turning against them. I’ve worked with hundreds of women who’ve put everyone else first for decades… and now they don’t even know where to begin with their own self-care.

But the real turning point for me was witnessing my own mum struggle to get up off the floor.

It hit me deeply — the loss of mobility, the fear of falling, the frustration of not feeling strong in your own body anymore. And I thought, what if this didn’t have to be the norm? What if aging could feel empowered, graceful, and supported — not like a slow decline?

That’s why I created the 28-Day Kickstart. It’s not about punishing your body or chasing unrealistic goals. It’s about reclaiming ease. Rebuilding strength. Feeling confident walking into a yoga studio — maybe for the first time ever.

This is about aging well, moving with freedom, and choosing yourself — not someday, but now. I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
