Vitalising Flow

An invigorating practice that aims to move stagnant energy, alleviate feelings of being lethargic, idle and despondent.

A more dynamic practice with flow sequences, the Vitalising Flow practice is designed to expand, stimulate, warm and energize.

Calm Flow

A practice for everyone! The perfect practice to support you when life and work are busy. Feeling agitated, nervous or anxious?

The Calm Flow practice is designed to cultivate stability of thoughts and body. A slower practice with attention to detail, focus on extended exhalations, and longer holds, you will finish this practice feeling calm, stable and grounded.

Yang to Yin

Duration 60 minutes
Suitable for beginners

The practice of Yang to Yin is a powerful way to embrace both the yin and yang of yoga. This style of yoga combines movement with breathwork for a dynamic and energizing practice.

You will move through a sequence of postures that are linked together with fluid movements. This creates heat in the body and helps to build strength and flexibility.

After building heat in the body, the practice culminates in longer-held Yin poses that allow for deep stretching and relaxation.

This combination of dynamic and static poses helps to strengthen the body and calm the mind.

If you're looking for a balanced practice that will help you to both energize and relax, then Yang to Yin is the perfect choice!

Yin

Duration 60 minutes
Suitable for beginners

Yin is a contemplative practice where all shapes are done on the floor. Using long slow gentle holds of between 3-5 minutes, joint mobility and flexibility is enhanced, and the fascial tissue lengthened.

Through the cultivation of stillness comes the gift of observance, surrender, release and softening.

Mum's n Bubs

Suitable for beginners

From 6 weeks to crawling, we welcome you and bub to join us in a space where we will safely work through some Yoga postures, breathing exercises and lots of giggles, creating a beautiful connection between you and bub.

Kids Calm Space

Little Critters 5-7yo 30 mins
Growing Blossoms 8-12yo 45 mins

Our Kids Yoga classes run in accordance with the school term, they have been designed and structured to build upon skills as the kids progress through the course. We have two groups, Little Critters for the 5 - 7 year olds, and Growing Blossoms for the 8 - 12 year olds.

Each week a different well-being topic will be covered, which will add to their toolbox of skills to cope in everyday life.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is also known as "Enlightened Sleep". It is a remedy to the accelerated and distracted world in which we function.

This practice involves total relaxation on the floor. An opportunity to slow down and experience deep rest. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed and less scattered.
