We are excited to announce our upcoming Mums and Bubs Classes, starting on 6 September and running for 6 weeks. These classes are specifically designed to create a supportive and enjoyable environment for moms and their little ones.

From 6 weeks to crawling, we welcome you and bub to join us in a space where we will safely work through some Yoga postures, breathing exercises and lots of giggles, creating a beautiful connection between you and bub.
