Celebrate the Autumn Equinox at Kindred Warrior Yoga | 22 March | 6:30 PM

Embracing the winds of change this 2 hour Autumn workshop we will indulge in Yin Yoga, energy medicine and Yoga Nidra, meant to nourish the Earth element and to facilitate the transition from Summer, a time of activity, to Autumn, a time of rest and introspection.We gather in a community and practice postures and meditation that help release the old, heal the past and restore balance.

The Equinox workshop is offered in-studio and online.

Join Stel for a powerful energetic event that marks a new season, a new quarter, a new story and another chapter. We'll honor this seasonal transition with an all -evels yin yoga class, designed to help you embrace change, face adversity and embody the autumn season.

Enjoy restorative, gentle, soothing poses in a safe space and nurturing circle.

During the immersion, you will be guided into unhurried yin-style postures that will revitalise and increase the energy (chi) flow through your body. Followed by Yoga Nidra

Ultimately releasing what no longer serves you, inducing relaxation and restoring harmony in your body, mind and soul.

*Very optional touch will be offered during the Yin, for those who wish for hands-on assists. This is done on an opting-in basis (no one will be touched without verbal consent each time) and space to decline these assists will be held for all.

About Stel:
Stel is a yoga studio owner and teacher, breath coach, energy healer and wellness coach. Originally from South Africa, Stel has called Melbourne her home and is a passionate yoga teacher in the Eastern Suburbs . Stel loves outdoor adventures, from kayaking to hiking, beach days and mountain biking.

A s a holistic health coach, Stel infuses yoga, mindfulness and energy medicine into her consultations with clients. Passionate about holistic health, she sees yoga as a therapy for the mind and soul considering herself fortunate to facilitate yoga experiences. Stel's sessions encourage clients to dive into the self-transformation that health practices like positive mindset, yoga and meditation can provide.
