Outdoor yoga is a wonderful way to start the day feeling energised, grounded, and ready to move.

Walk, Run, Roll or Stroll the Yarra Valley Rail Trail

After yoga, participants will head out for a relaxed and social activity along the Yarra Valley Rail Trail, led by Bec from The Running Company Lilydale.

The activity is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, so you can choose to:

  • walk

  • run

  • roll

  • or simply enjoy a gentle stroll

The route will be a 20–25 minute out-and-back journey, allowing participants to enjoy the scenic trail before returning to Melba Park.
