It feels like just yesterday that Kindred Warrior opened its doors, a small studio with big dreams. From humble beginnings to a thriving community, our journey has been filled with growth, connection, healing and so many beautiful moments shared together.

As we celebrate our 7th birthday, we can’t help but reflect on everything we’ve built together over the years. From thousands of classes to countless friendships, we’ve created a community that continues to grow stronger with every person who walks through our doors.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’ve only recently rolled out your mat, you have played an important part in the Kindred Warrior story. We’re incredibly grateful for your support, your energy and the community you’ve helped create.
