Embrace Perimenopause And Menopause with Yoga and Self-Care

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just about hormones, they affect your nervous system, sleep, joints, energy, mood, digestion and sense of self.

Yet many women are left feeling confused, unsupported, or wondering if what they’re experiencing is “normal”.

This Perimenopause & Menopause Yoga Workshop is a gentle, supportive 2-hour immersion designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body — and, more importantly, what you can do to support yourself through this transition.

No prior yoga experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What We’ll Cover

Understanding Perimenopause & Menopause
A clear, compassionate overview of what’s happening hormonally and why symptoms like hot flushes, poor sleep, fatigue, anxiety and joint pain can show up.

Practical Yoga and meditation tools to manage symptoms 

Experience gentle, supportive movement designed to ease stiffness, support joints, calm the nervous system and help you feel more at home in your body.

Nervous System & Stress Support
Learn why stress amplifies symptoms — and simple practices to help regulate your system and feel steadier day to day.

Foundational Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Practical guidance around nourishment, hydration and daily habits that support hormones, energy and recovery (without restriction or overwhelm).

Connection & Shared Experience
Menopause can feel isolating. This workshop offers a welcoming space to connect, share, listen and feel understood.


Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for women who:

  • are in perimenopause or menopause (or think they might be)

  • interested in exploring holistic self-care practices for menopause
  • experience stiffness, aches, poor sleep or stress
  • want clear, grounded information without medical jargon
  • are ready to feel supported, informed and empowered

Stel — Founder & Head Health Coach, Kindred Warrior
With years of experience supporting women through midlife transitions, Stel brings a grounded, compassionate and practical approach to yoga, nervous system health and holistic wellbeing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A cancellation received in writing up to 2 weeks from the workshop date will result in a loss of 50% of the ticket price. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks out from the workshop will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if it does not meet the workshop minimum.
