There comes a point where constantly holding everything together becomes exhausting.

You’ve spent years caring for others, managing responsibilities, staying strong, staying “on”… and somewhere along the way, your body learnt to brace, tighten and carry more than it was ever meant to.

Release & Return is a deeply restorative 90-minute Spinal Energetics experience designed to help you soften, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself beneath the stress, pressure and mental load of everyday life.

This experience is for the woman who feels:

  • Constantly “on” or hyper-alert

  • Tight through her shoulders, neck or chest

  • Emotionally overloaded or mentally exhausted

  • Guilty when prioritising herself

  • Like she’s forgotten how to truly relax or receive support

Through guided nervous system work, somatic healing and energetic release, this session invites your body into a state of deeper safety, spaciousness and restoration.

You don’t need experience with Spinal Energetics or somatic work to attend simply come with a willingness to slow down, reconnect with your body, and see what unfolds.

In a group setting, participants move through their own unique experience while being held within a shared energetic field. No two experiences look the same. Your body leads the process.

What You May Walk Away Feeling

✨ Lighter
✨ More grounded and present
✨ Able to breathe deeper
✨ More connected to yourself
✨ Emotionally softer and physically more open

Spaces are intentionally limited to create a safe and supportive experience.

What Is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a gentle somatic healing modality that works with the body, nervous system and energetic field to help release stored stress, tension and emotional holding patterns.

Rather than “fixing” the body, Spinal Energetics supports the body’s natural ability to process, release and restore itself.

Many of us spend years in a constant state of bracing holding stress in our shoulders, chest, jaw, hips and nervous system without even realising it. Over time, this can leave us feeling tense, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or stuck in survival mode.

Through subtle touch, energetic work and nervous system awareness, Spinal Energetics creates space for the body to soften and respond naturally.

Every experience is different because every body is different.

Some people experience:

  • Deep relaxation and emotional release

  • Tingling sensations or spontaneous movement

  • A sense of lightness or spaciousness

  • Emotional clarity

  • Nervous system down-regulation

  • A deeper connection to themselves and their body

In a group setting, participants remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on yoga mats with blankets and props while being guided through their own individual experience within a shared supportive environment.

You do not need any experience with somatic work, energy healing or meditation to attend — simply a willingness to slow down, tune in, and allow your body to lead.

About the Facilitator

Amanda Huynh is a Spinal Energetics Practitioner and Non-Diet Dietitian based in Melbourne.

Her work combines nervous system healing, somatic awareness and compassionate care to help people reconnect with their bodies in a deeper, more intuitive way.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle somatic healing modality that works with the body’s energy, nervous system and spine to release stored tension, physically, emotionally and energetically.

Amanda’s approach is weight-inclusive, non-judgmental and deeply collaborative, rooted in the belief that the body is not the problem and that healing happens when people feel genuinely safe.

This session is designed for women who are often holding everything for everyone else and are ready to soften, release and reconnect with themselves.

Outside of work, Amanda loves cooking for friends and family, dancing, scuba diving and indulging in life’s simple pleasures.
