But here you are—three weeks deep into doona season, skipping class (again), sipping your third tea of the day, and telling yourself you’ll get back to it… “next week.”

Truth is?
It’s not that you’re lazy.
You’re tired. You’re stretched. You’re uninspired.
And when it’s dark by 5:30pm, showing up for anything feels like a miracle.

This isn’t another cold-weather chore.

This is your spark.
Your reason to get back on the mat.
Your community to keep you warm, accountable, and laughing through the season.

You’ll aim for 3 classes a week, collect little wins (and stickers), and at the end of 4 weeks — you’ll have earned more than a t-shirt (although yes, that’s included).

You’ll have momentum, confidence in your body again, and a deep exhale that says:
“I actually did it.”


🎯 What You’re Signing Up For (besides feeling like a badass):

  • 3 classes/week = Spin our prize wheel (think palo santo, chocolate, tea, grip socks – y’know, the good stuff)

  • 2 classes/week = Entry to our weekly prize draw

  • Weekly bonus challenges to keep things interesting (and win extra prizes if you’re competitive like that)
